I stayed for 6 nights in a Superior Double Room. The breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options. The staff were friendly and always provided clean linen for the room. The location was accessible for getting around.

i almost wanted to give a good review, but the dirty carpet in my room and the blaring music from the pool area woudl ve been more than enough to ruin my stay. also, i expected some kind of welcome gift for my inconvenience, but alas, nothing. very disappointing overall.

WIFI was spotty, but enjoyed the warm, genuine service at breakfast buffet.

The location was fantastic since it was close to the iconic Peoples Park, and we even took a stroll there with our little one. The staff offered a refreshing welcome drink at check-in, which was a thoughtful touch after our long journey.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from events kept us and the kids awake. It would be great if the hotel provided better soundproofing.

I recently stayed here for 4 nights, and I was delighted by the exceptional friendliness of the staff across all departments. The spacious deluxe room had a comfortable design and the artistic touches throughout the hotel created a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast options were numerous and delicious, which made mornings quite enjoyable. However, I did notice that some aspects of the facility seemed to be in need of maintenance, particularly the pool area.
